Visionary Entertainment Leaders Jon Landau, Mark Kassen and Charles Huang to Speak About Innovation at Company’s First Annual Developers Conference
SUNNYVALE, CA — April 9, 2013 — zSpace, Inc., a technology provider that is revolutionizing the future of human-computer interaction, today announced keynote speakers to present at zCon 2013, the company’s first annual Developers Conference. Designed to foster collaboration among developers of 3D applications, hardware and content and bring together those passionate about immersive and interactive technologies, zCon 2013 will take place on April 22-23 at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, CA, and will feature keynotes from entertainment industry leaders Jon Landau, Mark Kassen and Charles Huang.
New 3D technologies are playing an instrumental role in entertainment as filmmakers and game developers alike look to enhance realism and special effects in their work.
As a distinguished film producer who assisted in the creation of award-winning films such asAvatar and Titanic, Jon Landau will deliver the conference’s opening keynote address.
Golden Globe and Emmy nominated filmmaker and actor Mark Kassen will conclude the first day of the conference with a keynote presentation on creative communication with technology.
Charles Huang, CEO of Green Throttle Games, Inc., and most notably a co-founder of the Guitar Hero series, will provide the conference’s second day opening keynote talk discussing the role of 3D in shaping what’s next for the gaming industry.
zCon 2013 attendees will have access to more than 45 sessions in technical, research/academia, user experience and business oriented tracks. Additionally, there will be several labs set up where attendees can receive hands-on training from the experts using zSpace, Inc.’s flagship product,zSpace. zSpace is an immersive 3D holographic platform that enables users to directly interact with holographic simulations as if they are real physical objects.
